2 oz 31st Select Moonshine

1 oz rosemary simple syrup

1 squeeze of a lemon wedge

Top with sparkling lemonade (or soda water)

Garnish with rosemary sprig

In a short glass filled with ice, add the 31st Select, rosemary simple syrup and squeeze of a lemon wedge. Top with sparkling lemonade (or soda water), garnish with a rosemary sprig and serve.

1.5 oz 31st Select Moonshine

1.5 oz Chambord

2.0 oz Sweet & Sour

 

 

In a shaker filled with ice, add 31st Select, Chambord, and Sweet & Sour. Shake and pour into a sugar rimmed martini glass or a sugar rimmed rocks glass filled with ice and garish with a lemon.

1.5 oz 31st Select Moonshine

1/4 oz Peach Schnapps

2 oz Peach Nectar

1 oz Iced Tea

 

 

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the 31st, peach schnapps, peach nectar and iced tea. Shake and strain into a tall glass with ice. Garnish with a peach slice and serve.

2 oz 31st Select Moonshine

1 oz honey simple syrup

1/2 of a lemon squeezed

Lemon twist garnish

 

 

In a short glass filled with ice, add the 31st Select, syrup, and lemon juice. Stir, garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

2.0 oz 31st Select Moonshine

Ginger beer

Lime juice

 

 

Combine the 31st Select, ginger beer and squeeze of a lime in a copper cup filled with ice. Stir the mixture, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

1.5 oz 31st Select Moonshine

Equal parts

Pineapple juice

Cranberry juice

Orange juice

 

 

In a mason jar muddle blackberries, add ice and combine 31st Select, Orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Garnish with a blackberry and strawberry and serve.
